Returns

MHE offers one and two day return policies for some products. The return policy is decided by the vendor, therefore not all products allow returns.

Return Process

To return an item, login to your account and visit the Your Orders section and select the order that you would like to return. If the product is eligible for a return, you will see a ‘Refund my entire order’ button below your order details. Click the button to start the refund process.

We’ll email and text you the details of your return, including a Return Package label. You will need to print your Return Package Label and attach it to the outside of your package.

Refunds

Customers will receive a full refund after they’ve successfully returned their product. Please wait three to five days to see the refund reflected in your bank account. Customers remain responsible for the delivery fee which is non-refundable.

Exceptions

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. Please include your name, email and order number along with pictures of the product that you would like to return. We will contact you within two days of receipt of your message.
